Nuts, Choco-Chip, and Elaichi: The Future Flavors of Traditional Kulfi

While our flagship slow-reduced kulfi is our proudest achievement, we are constantly looking for ways to expand our product range. Our product development team is currently testing three upcoming flavors: Dry Fruits & Nuts, Choco Chip, and Shahi Elaichi Kulfi.
For our upcoming nuts variety, we are sourcing premium almonds, pistachios, and cashews to mix with our caramelized kurauni base. The addition of nuts provides a satisfying crunch that contrasts perfectly with the rich density of condensed milk.
Our Shahi Elaichi kulfi will feature freshly crushed green cardamom seeds, while our Choco Chip kulfi will introduce rich dark chocolate chips to appeal to younger audiences. Keep an eye on our retail partner locations as these flavors roll out from our Lalitpur factory soon!
